Tuesdays & Thursdays commencing January 12th
Mondays commencing February 1st
6.30pm - 8pm

YOUTH GIRLS
Mondays & Wednesdays commencing January 13th
6.30pm - 8pm

PLEASE NOTE
1. This form is required to be completed prior to attending pre-season training. Failing to complete this form may result in players being turned away.
2. During pre-season training, training groups that players are placed in is at the discretion of the club Technical Director and Coaches.
3. Formal registration will occur closer to commencement of season.
