WELCOME TO THE HOME OF LAUNCESTON CITY FOOTBALL CLUB

Competing across Tasmania in Football Tasmania and Northern Tasmanian Junior Soccer Association endorsed competitions, Launceston City Football Club provides a pathway from junior to senior levels beginning form the age of 4 through to adulthood for both men and women.

Based out of Prospect Vale on the west side of Launceston, the club has continually represented the region at the highest levels of competition across the state, while our juniors boast in excess of 400 players with access to developed Skills Aqcuistion Programs and Academies for skills and talents for all ages.

Launceston City Devils will be holding pre season training sessions for U12, U13 & U14 Youth players as well as U16 Girls.

At these preseason training sessions players will be assessed to assist the club in Team Selections for 2020.

Please note that this is for the following age groups ONLY:
U16 Girls - 2004, 2005 & 2006 Born
U14 - 2006 Born Players
U13 - 2007 Born Players
U12 - 2008 Born Players
(2009 Born Players may be invited at clubs discretion)

The make up of teams or the NTJSA competition they compete in is yet to be determined and will be confirmed after final teams are selected.

Just a reminder that training commenced tonight come along at 6pm. Please bring soccer boots and shin pads to train in.

Following on from tonight training sessions in January will be from 6pm - 7.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays at St Patrick’s College (same place as our training in December) with entry via the Peet Street gates.

Come and meet our Head Coach Barry Baker and his well credentialed Assistant Darren Cook who has strong experience with women’s football after being involved in Tasmanian State Girls programs.

Training recommences this week up at St. Patrick's College but for this week the soccer grounds are undergoing maintenance which will force us to train on the St. Pat's Football Clubs Oval just down the road.

Attached is diagrams on the location of the Football Oval and how you can get to it from the Soccer Grounds Car Park or Via the entrance off Morris Street.
