Founded in 1958, Launceston City Football Club (LCFC) is Tasmania’s most successful northern club, an inclusive, family-focused, and community-driven football organisation based at Prospect Vale. With over 850 playing members across 65 teams and 600+ juniors, from MiniRoos to senior men’s and women’s programs, we are proud to be the home of grassroots football and elite player pathways in northern Tasmania.

Our vision is to be the football club of choice in Tasmania. We do this by offering:

• A complete football pathway from Under 5 first kicks to the National Premier League (NPL) and returning to the McDonald’s Women’s Super League (WSL) in 2026.
• Coaching excellence driven by national-level curriculum and development practices- including our Juventus Academy.
• A thriving culture built on respect, community, hard work, and opportunity.
• Long-standing partnerships with community groups, councils, grants bodies, and sponsors.
