Launceston City Football Club (LCFC) is committed to safeguarding children and young people in sport. Aligned with the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Act 2023 (Tas) and Football Australia’s National Safeguarding Framework, we work to ensure:

• All staff, coaches and volunteers hold valid Working with Vulnerable People registrations
• Mandatory safeguarding training for all staff and academy personnel
• Compliance with our Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct
• Clear reporting pathways and open-door support for players and families through designated club contacts and support.

LCFC is accredited as a 3-Star child safe club by Football Australia, ensuring that every young person at our club can thrive in a safe, trusted and supportive environment.
