Registrations for Senior Competitions in Season 2026 are now open on Play Football 👏🏻

‼️ Important to note - our Senior and Junior registration products are different:

Junior Division: Children aged U5-U16 playing in NTJSA competitions - search “Launceston City Devils”

Senior Division: NYPL 16, NYPL 18, Youth Girls, Northern Championship (men and women), NPL 21, NPL, WSL, Social League - search “Launceston City FC.”

Pre-season is back and so are the new faces 👀⚽️

We’re excited to welcome Koki, Yoshi and Gershom to the club as our three import signings for the season ahead.

The boys were straight into it tonight as training resumed - perfect evening for it 👌🏼.

⚫️⚪️𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁⚪️⚫️

We’re pleased to announce Daniel Smith as the new Head Coach of our NPL 21s for the upcoming season.

Daniel started his playing career in England, featuring for several local sides, most recently Newport Pagnell Town. Daniel joined Launceston City in 2018 and has played and coached here every season since in both NPL and Northern Championship.

Daniel began his coaching journey in 2019, stepping into U13s and then the U18s, where he coached for several seasons. He has also coached and played in the NC competition across multiple seasons, helping build strong foundations and development opportunities within that space.

Dan says 💬 “I’m really excited to start this new role within the club. It was hard to step away from the NC role, as we’ve been building some good foundations. But the aim is to bring the NC space closer to our 21s group and junior programs. There are some great young guys in the group, with more coming through, and we need that pathway for everyone. My aim is to help create this while also being very competitive on the field.”

We’re excited to see Daniel take on this role and continue strengthening pathways across the club, while driving a competitive and development-focused NPL 21s program.
