⚽️ The Devonport Cup This weekend we are proud to have 16 junior teams competing in the Devonport Cup, including our Opal Juventus Academy teams. πŸ™Œ We look forward to seeing our players out there competing, learning and enjoying the game, and making the most of opportunities like this to continue their development. Another dynamic training opportunity! Tonight our Championship Women completed a strength and conditioning session at @bodyconnecttas πŸ™ŒπŸΌ We always value the support that Dr. Katie-Jane, Mike and the rest of the crew at Body Connect Exercise Physiology provide our players, tonight being no exception. What do you do when the grounds are closed and it’s pouring with rain? You join in the fun at @dancefittas Zumba of course! Thanks to Michelle for welcoming our NPL and WSL squads into Zumba Toning last night, and for providing a mat Pilates + Stretch session to finish off their session.
